29bd Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 29bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operated at the domain 29bd.io. By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing any bet, or using any feature of the 29bd service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not use the 29bd platform.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 29bd in any capacity, you unconditionally accept this Agreement and all policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. These policies are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement.

29bd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of this Agreement at any time. The revised Agreement will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

If you are accessing 29bd on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to this Agreement.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account and use the 29bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 29bd enforces a strict 21+ age policy in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Bangladesh market.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated agents may not register accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 29bd account. Only one account per individual is permitted.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.

29bd reserves the right to request identity verification documents (national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification) at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine account review. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. 29bd will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

You must notify 29bd support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 29bd will take reasonable steps to investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation. 29bd is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or betting tipsters.
• Do not use the same password on 29bd as on other websites or services.
• Enable OTP two-factor authentication for new-device logins — this is automatically required by the platform.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

29bd reserves the right to implement additional security checks, including re-verification of identity, before processing withdrawals or account changes on accounts that exhibit unusual activity patterns.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

29bd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

5 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 29bd are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type within the betting section of the platform. The following general rules apply to all bets regardless of sport or market:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and the player initiates it before the relevant market closes.

6 Casino Games

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 29bd platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 29bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 29bd platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written consent from 29bd.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 29bd and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to access, the 29bd platform.
• Any betting or gaming loss incurred through normal platform use.
• Interruptions, outages, or errors affecting platform availability, including those caused by third-party service providers, telecommunications failures, or scheduled maintenance.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional details that contain a manifest error.

Nothing in this clause limits 29bd's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Termination

29bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement.
• Your account is associated with fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.
• You have requested self-exclusion or a voluntary account closure.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations, pending bet settlements, and amounts subject to fraud investigation will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances associated with bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited on closure.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 29bd support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. You may not open a new account following a permanent closure.

13 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of 29bd as a safe and reliable online entertainment platform. 29bd does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling under the specific domestic laws applicable to each individual player's location. It is each player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of 29bd is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the support process described in Clause 14 below may be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
